vaya, menos mal leí este blogs, gracias a todos x comunicar, ya decia yo, haber donde esta lo raro… muy bonito por poco precio, parecia un chollo….. me respondieron el mismo email de la hija supuesta que termino los estudios en España y regresa al reino Unido… esa era una tal Mary Gutiero.
luego respondió otra EMMA, que se le acabo el trabajo en Bilbao, pero el contrato del piso lo tiene por mas tiempo en gran via de Bilbao…. vaya gentuza. Ya me olia las cosas raras anoche cuando leí, hasta que hoy, vi vuestro blogs. Estos son los 2 emails que me enviaron.

First of all, I am sorry but I don’t speak spanish at all, so I hope english is not a problem for you. I appreciate your intent of renting my apartment located in Calle iparraguirre, 71,bilbao 48012, vizcaya planta 1,Spain. I bought this apartment for my daughter during her studies in Spain, but now she’s back home ( Manchester / United Kingdom ) permanently, so I’m renting the place for unlimited time. Before we go any further I would like to know a little something about you, like how many persons you intend to live in the apartment, for how long and also a promise that you will take very good care of the place and the facilities. The flat is exactly like in the pictures, fully furnished and renovated. I must tell you that the apartment has a lot of facilities like laundry facilities, air condition, internet and telephone access and a car park and other necessary facilities. Also I have no problem for pets. I will rent the place for a minimum 2 months to max UNLIMITED PERIOD-PERMANENTLY, we’ll see what the future reserve us.
The apartment is furnished, but I have the option of sending all my furniture into storage if you want to bring your own (no extra costs). The rent for one month is (for the entire apartment) is 450 EUR per month including all utilities (water, electricity, Internet, cable, parking, air conditioning, fireplace, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, refrigerator). The caution ( security deposit ) is 450 EUR and you get it back when you decide to leave the apartment (you will have to give me at least 10 days notice).

I’m a 38 years old British woman, I have a six year old Labrador Retriever, and I worked as an economist in Bilbao. My contract period there expired and now I’ve moved back to my born city-Leicester/United Kingdom, to spend some time with my family and to get a job here.
The monthly rent is €450.00 and also including all the utilities (water, electricity, gas and Wi-fi internet). It’s fully furnished and equipped, but there is a storage where you can deposit my furniture if you want to bring your own stuff.
The apartment has 65mq (two bedrooms, a living room, one bathroom) and was recently renovated. It is on 2nd floor and the building has elevator.
As I said, I’m in Leicester because I live here now and I’m the only person who has the keys of the apartment, but I have a solution to solve this problem, so you can move in the apartment when you receive the keys.
