El precio de alquiler es de 400 euro + fianza de 800 euro. Gastos incluidos en el precio: internet y comunidad. El piso es muy limpio y quiero alquilarlo a una persona limpia y responsable.
El piso incluye: calefacción central, nevera, televisor, DVD, lavadora, cafetera, secador de pelo, conexión a Internet, teléfono, etc.
Actualmente estoy divorciado y vivo en Inglaterra. No necesito el apartamento por un largo tiempo. lo digo porque trabajo mucho y quiero estar seguro está realmente interesado antes de reservar mi billete de avión.
Una pregunta: ¿cuántas personas ocuparán el apartamento y el tiempo que desea para alquilar?
¿Tiene perros o gatos? No tengo nada con los animales , lo puedes traer si cuidas de ellos.

Lo que te puedo decir es que el piso esta igual con las fotos y en perfecto estado ,si no es asi yo no obligo a nadien para alquiler o algo de esta manera.
La unica problema es que me puedo comprar a cualquier hora el billete de avion por la dia siguente para estar en espana, pero antes a tenido una problema con un hombre. Me dice que quiere ver el piso y me compro el billete para espana , la dia siguente estoy en espana. lo llamo y tenia el telefon cerrado, gasto un monton de dinero por el viaje por nada. La gente son muy malas en esos dias.
Podria decir no te compras el billete, como me puedes demostrat que tienes dinero ? No pido dinero por adelanto por nada en el mundo.
El contrato lo podemos hacer en una gestoria? Es que es la primera vez cuando alquilo mi piso.

I have bought this apartment during my stay in SPAIN , i work as an engineer on offshore oilrigs.I am renting it because i have been relocated to an oilrig in the North Sea and i am based in United Kingdom so it can be rented for an unlimited period of time.
The utilities are all included in the price of 450 EURO/MONTH and the security deposit is also 450 EURO
Included in the renting price (cold/hot water, electricity, wireless broadband Internet, digital TV, 1 parking spots, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, etc.)
Please let me know how many persons you intend to stay and for what period of time.
All renting arrangements we will be made through a real estate company since i am unable to leave the oilrig for the next 3 months.

Like I have inform you before, the price you shall pay for one month of rent will be 450 EUR + 450 security deposit = (900 euro), with no extra taxes to pay.I must have one month rent + security deposit from you.You pay this money just for this time and every month you pay just 450 euro . The money, I want to recive it monthly to my bank account, so I hope it will be no problem for you to wire the money to my bank account. The apartment is ready for you, you will need only to receive the keys and the contract to check it, and see if you like it. Obviously we need a way to complete this deal, that will allow us to make sure we receive what we are after. I am not interested to make a lot of money from the rent as I am interested to find a tenant that will take goof care of the property.
Because didn’t had time to find a trustworthy agent , don’t have any friends in the area to send the keys .I found an alternate solution in order to close the transaction safe for the both of us ,a real estate company , it is an international real estate company called Moneybookers Services , please visit (http://www.moneybookers.com or https://www.skrill.com/en/). They will provide assistance in handling the payment and delivery of the Keys and Rental Agreement, Deposit request 450 Euro + 450 Euro (Security Deposit) . Hope you will be able to choose one of them.
